Liane Wilson weaponized false allegations of pedophilia and shared past private messages from a former student in what appears to be a deliberate campaign to intimidate and smear the ex-student and her family.
May 1, 2025 – Liane Wilson Publishes Fabricated Pedophile Narrative Targeting Former Mentee
On or around May 1, 2025, Liane Wilson published a false and defamatory allegation involving pedophilia against a former student who had previously sought personal mentorship and expressed admiration for her. Wilson released private communications between herself and the individual—exploiting the prior mentorship dynamic—in what appears to be a retaliatory act designed to publicly humiliate, intimidate, and psychologically harm the target and their family.
This action may constitute violations of multiple U.S. criminal statutes, including:
- 18 U.S. Code § 2261A – Stalking: Engaging in conduct that causes substantial emotional distress or fear of harm through electronic communication.
- 18 U.S. Code § 875(d) – Interstate Communications with Intent to Extort, Intimidate, or Harass: Covers threats and harassment over electronic platforms with the intent to harm reputation or coerce behavior.
- 18 U.S. Code § 1038 – False Information and Hoaxes: Pertains to knowingly disseminating false accusations that could cause harm, especially when involving criminal behavior such as child abuse.
- 18 U.S. Code § 1512 – Tampering with a Witness, Victim, or Informant: If the act was intended to intimidate a potential witness or suppress testimony.
- Civil Defamation (State Level): Defamation per se may apply, given the false imputation of a heinous crime (i.e., pedophilia).
- Child Endangerment Laws (State Dependent): If the accusations resulted in exposure, trauma, or reputational damage to minors in the targeted family.
This incident also raises red flags under coercive control frameworks, especially if part of a pattern of emotional retaliation or manipulation against defectors from Wilson’s organization.
