In 2005, Liane Wilson’s mother, who lives in NY State, launched a civil suit against her daughter regarding “property title fraud,” according to the judge. This was followed up immediately by a restraining order against Linda Wilson, which was taken out by Dean Wilson (previously Dean Bartnick), Liana’s first husband.

Sold real estate in Hawaii.

2010 A lawsuit was filed by the previous property owners from whom she purchased the home in 2008 for nonpayment.

Judgement was ordered against Liane Wilson for home purchase and required to pay the home seller restitution.

Started online Rawganic vegan and second husband Robert Beard listed as CEO.

March 2014 Limited assets submitted to the court. 

Her application for bankruptcy was denied when it was discovered that she had been receiving $333,386.67 directed into a third-party account that had not been disclosed to the bankruptcy trustee. Subsequently, as a punitive measure, Liane Wilson was prohibited from filing for bankruptcy for a period of 30 months.

She started Health Mastery Institute, claiming to be a “Certified Clinical Nutritionist,” which was later proven false through a letter from CNCB. HMI provides “independent coaching certification” to students.

The first husband was charged with felony SEXUAL ASSULT, KIDNAPING and ASSULT of a local woman and was subsequently found not guilty after Liane Wilson testified for the defence.

2019 After discovering EVEN MORE assets concealed during the previous bankruptcy filing in 2014, Liane Wilson and Robert Beard were charged with felonies accordingly.

December 2021 pleaded guilty to felony concealment of assets during Bankruptcy.

Aug 2022 Liane Wilson registers for Nevada business license Life Mastery Network.

Sept 2022 Liane Wilson registers for Nevada business license Health Mastery Institute

Nov 2022 Registered the EFC website claiming to be an “advocate,” which then published defamatory information on Ex-Cult members and victims’ families that came forward. Liane Wilson posted on Instagram promoting this website that was specifically used to attack victims’ families. One cult member had lost custody of their child through the family court system as a result of what was deemed a parental abduction attempt from Canada to the USA while inside Liana Shanti’s “Illuminations” group in early 2022.

March 3, 2023, Daily Beast Article “Lemurian Sisterhood” Jennings Brown interviewed SIX former Liana Shanti Cult followers and 19 people who say their families were destroyed. (more survivors have come out)

On March 30, 2023 (six months after registering business license for Health Mastery Institute), Liane Wilson OBTAINED a Sports Nutritionist Certificate from a 40-hour self-study course 27 days after the publishing of the March 3, 2023, Daily Beast article, “The Mysterious Sisterhood.”

April 2023 Liane Wilson was summoned to Hawaii Federal Court regarding possible probation violations after a Daily Beast Article supported with extensive documentation and allegations regarding child abduction, online harassment, fraud, misrepresentation and coached sexual abuse images from online chat rooms.

April 2023 Judge Oki Mollway U.S. District Court Hawaii CRIMINAL CASE #: 1:19-cr-00105-SOM-1 

“In light of the allegations before the Court and the Defendant’s history of committing fraud, the Government recommends that the Defendant be required to notify others that visit social media accounts or websites she controls of her true identity and criminal history.

Later, Judge Oki Mollway remarked, “the accusations against Wilson are serious,” and further, “those aggrieved by Wilson’s conduct may file civil claims asserting defamation, misrepresentation, or other torts; litigate custody issues in family courts; seek administrative hearings; or take their complaints to state or federal officials, including law enforcement agencies.

April 2023 Liane Wilson announces “Human Rights Consultant” designation after completing USIDHR an online 8 hr course for $99 (Now $147)

April 2023 Registered EFA website (Second Website) , claiming to be an “advocate” which then published defamatory information on Ex-Cult members and victims’ families coming forward. Included on the site were those who had specifically submitted testimony to the court against Liane Wilson during her April 2023 appearance in Hawaii for possible probation violations for running her Cult.

On July 24, 2023, CNCB informed probation Judge Oki Mollway that Liane Wilson was NOT a “Certified Clinical Nutritionist” as per her advertising on the Heath Mastery Institute Nutrition School Website and sent a cease-and-desist letter to her, ordering her to stop.

On July 8, 2024, after discovering that Liana Shanti (Liane Wilson) was NOT a “Certified Clinical Nutritionist “ and was running the HMI Nutritionist School under possible fraudulent and misrepresented accreditations, HMI Wellness DNS was registered, and the Instagram name was changed.

On May 30, 2024, Liane Wilson posts a statement on Instagram here and here in what appears to be an effort to distance herself from the EFA / EFC website after civil litigation that is currently before the courts despite taking credit for its creation with the involvement and collaboration of @leilanikdesign.Keilani Astra (Riely Lawson)
