Statement #1 A

I have a number of students dealing with abusive ex-husbands and parents. These students have been subjected to Family Court Abuse, Post-Separation Abuse, Narcissistic Abuse, Physical, Financial, Emotional and Sexual Abuse.

Facts:

  • Before the Spring of 2022, Liane Wilson was running the “Lemurian Mystery School”  and Health Mastery Institute, where she presented herself as a Psychic/Shaman and a “Certified Clinical Nutritionist.” Even though she frequently highlighted her qualifications on various online platforms, she did not include “Abuse Advocate” in her credentials.
  • In late 2021 and early 2022, her paid Lemurian chat group members discussed being urged to leave their countries. Chat room images entered into Hawaii Court appear to have supported this behaviour of the self-proclaimed psychic.
  •  Gaslighting was prevalent during the COVID-19 pandemic, and there were references to “Getting Out” and warnings about the “Collapse of the UK,” along with other false medical information aimed at creating anxiety.
  • The revelation of convicted felon and Cult Leader Liane N Wilson being responsible for the alter ego of Liana Shanti, accompanied by supporting evidence related to the abductions, was brought forward to family courts.
  • According to court documents submitted to Hawaii Courts statements from various sources, including former cult members and victims’ families, there are allegations that Liane Wilson / Liana Shanti used her “abilities” to communicate with students and used “plant medicine” to manipulate her students. Many students believe that they were sexually abused or assaulted by individuals in their earlier years.
  • In the summer of 2022, Liane Wilson initiated a targeted media campaign on Instagram aimed at “ex-students” and their families. Individuals started to participate on social media, raising the alarm about Liane Wilson in what was soon to be described as a “Destructive Cult” by professional evaluators in the industry.
  • One specific family in particular was targeted after a failed abduction attempt from Canada to the USA. This resulted in the child being apprehended and custody awarded to the father and the mother being placed under supervised access.
  • Professional cult expert Joe Ziemheart confirmed that Liane Wilson was running a control group symptomatic of a cult after analyzing several characteristics of her organization and philosophies and creating YouTube videos.

Statement # 1 B

As their advocate, I have been subjected to a smear campaign started by abusers, culminating in a tabloid article which was written by a gossip rag which failed to contact even ONE SINGLE victim.

Facts:

  • FALSE: Liane Wilson was not subject to a smear campaign by so-called “abusers”:
  • FACT: Investigative Reporter Jennings Brown is highly experienced and has been referred to as “a bright light in an increasingly chaotic cult-content economy.” He is also a New York State-certified rape crisis counselor.
  • FACT: Investigative Reporter Jennings Brown interviewed SIX former Liana Shanti Cult followers and 19 other people, contrary to Liane Wilson’s claims at deflection that “not one single student was interviewed.”
  • FACT: Investigative Reporter Jennings Brown reached out to Liane Wilson, inviting her to participate before publication, and received no reply despite several attempts, as published in the Daily Beast article.
  • FACT: Several dozen victims and their families did not know each other before the events involving Liane Wilson. The only common link was Liane Wilson / Liana Shanti, involving similar stories of sexual abuse, abduction, harassment, and disappearance of family members, reciting wild and outrageous conspiracy theories.

CLAIM #2B

What a blessing.Jesus works in such profound ways. This experience led us to come together as a community and expose the abusers.

RESPONSE:

  • Liane Wilson referred to her “community” as lightworkers and guided them with her psychic abilities before being exposed. This reference to Jesus is a common cult tactic. It is self-serving, deflective, and creates a false narrative coming from a convicted felon with absolutely no credibility.
  • The individuals whom Liane Wilson refers to as “abusers and pedophiles” are actually the ones who have actively sought assistance from and cooperated with law enforcement, including the FBI, the US Justice Department, and local authorities. Anyone with critical thinking skills could easily see through Liane Wilson’s smokescreen.
  • Cults often revolve around extreme and unusual religious beliefs, although these can vary from group to group. Cult psychology typically focuses on the worship of a particularly charismatic leader and often involves some form of religious influence familiar to the members within the group. The portrayals of Liana Shanti do not match the eyewitness descriptions of Liane Wilson from eyewitness accounts.
  • Cults often use various tactics to control and manipulate new members. They may isolate them from their families, friends, and jobs to reshape their identities and sever ties with their past. Recruits are pressured to conform or subscribe to the leader’s vision, give up money, and autonomy. The cult may use coercive control, peer pressure, nutrition or punishment, and other intimidating tactics to break them down. Members become reliant on the group as their only social system and fearful of leaving due to potential reprisals.

CLAIM #3

  • Exposing Family Abuse is a growing platform designed to offer a voice to women and children all over the world who have been silenced. Showing victims that after living through the most horrific abuse, you can reclaim your sovereignty and become the most beautiful version of yourself.

RESPONSE:

  • In November 2022, Liane Wilson expanded her “medium for distribution” to a website with the aim of attacking and harassing families who had come forward after finding her Liana Shanti Instagram account insufficient. She then opened an accompanying Instagram account under the name EFC and proclaimed herself a “victims advocate” to divert negative attention and expand her target audience for “healing.” This allowed her to join other like-minded groups and victims’ abuse groups with 100k+ members, providing her with an opportunity to exploit unsuspecting and vulnerable individuals.
  • The website was specifically used to target ex-cult members and victims’ families who spoke out through acts of intimidation. Its main focus was a family to which cult members lost custody of their child after an attempted illegal border crossing. The mother later lost custody to the father, and the resulting court case and drama became a dog whistle Liane Wilson used to create a false narrative to deflect, distract, and protect herself.
  • Several governmental agencies and family courts have been involved in child custody hearings regarding Liane Wilson’s “teachings,” resulting in custody being awarded to the fathers. The website deliberately published false information. The victim’s families were exposed to online harassment with direct accusations of rape, child molestation, and abuse.
  • The information published on this website is either inaccurate or deliberately misleading, with a false representation of facts and has been produced as a result of being inside Liane Wilson’s cult. The website deflected unwanted attention from her “students” by labeling these families as “Family Cults,” as an intimidation tactic. The narrative of “Family Cult” was used to gaslight her cult members into providing information that would deflect attention.
  • “Liane Wilson is the person responsible for creating the problem. She claims that the only solution to these issues is to take her courses, believe in her without question, and follow her leadership without hesitation. Those who follow her seem to live in a constant state of fear and reliance, which Liana has fostered.”

CLAIM #5

  • When people ask me what I am, and what I “do” there are many labels that potentially “fit”. I have been referred to as spiritual teacher, visionary, advocate, psychic, shaman, business coach, abundance motivator, medicine woman, teacher, mentor, energy worker, artist, nutritionist, wellness expert, mother, wife, friend.

RESPONSE:

  • No label matters yet; she is the only one who is ascribing these labels to herself. She cannot handle being irrelevant in the world. There is no evidence to support her being referred to as a psychic, shaman, or medicine woman. LOVE BOMBING
  • STILL WORKING FROM HERE ON
  • Ultimately no label matters. The people who find this path are meant to, the path of Unconditional Love. Nothing Liana does is centered on unconditional love; it’s all about ego-stroking, gaining, and maintaining control over others to monopolize off of them.
