The registry lists the suspension under “Disciplinary History” on every copy below. In sworn interrogatory answers dated 22 November 2024 (Hawaiʻi case 5CCV-22-0000107), she says she “was never disciplined for any misconduct,” that in 2010 she “stopped registering” her New York licence and wrote to the court system asking to put it into “retirement status,” and that she later “received notice that my license had been suspended.” This page quotes both the registry and her answer and makes no finding about the reason for the suspension.

Across the five copies the email on file changes four times, the phone number changes to a 702 area code and back to 808, and the registration is kept current: the November 2026 record reads “Suspended, currently registered” with the next registration due in March 2027. Each registration cycle is a filing by the attorney. The address on the latest copy is not in her name.
