This page is a data analysis of the public Instagram follower statistics for @therelaxedmillionaire (Liana Shanti), drawn from third-party sources. It documents a recurring anomaly — sudden one-day follower gains that step up and persist, against a baseline that otherwise drifts flat or downward, with no matching change in posts, following count, or engagement. These one-day step-changes do not match the gradual shape of organic growth; the public data shows the anomaly itself, not its cause, and readers can verify the figures at the source linked below and judge for themselves. The record runs from September 2025 to November 2026 (extended November 5, 2026 — see the update section below), with a same-window comparison to a second account belonging to the same person. Two Instagram accounts are monitored throughout: @therelaxedmillionaire, where the anomalies appear, and @lianashanti, the comparison account, plotted over the same dates on the same scale.
Latest: data through November 5, 2026
Largest day on record: August 15, 2026, +3,187 on @therelaxedmillionaire, two days after the verdict, while @lianashanti moved −6 that day (verdict week, largest days).
Largest removal: September 26, 2026, −2,768, two days after a +2,637 gain on September 24.
October 2026: five gains of 300 or more (+1,438, +465, +691, +891, +1,392) and two removals (−626, −578); the account ended the month at 42,528 (October section).
November 2026 (to November 5): no single-day move of 300 or more on either account; @therelaxedmillionaire went from 42,528 to 42,198 (−330) and @lianashanti from 34,261 to 34,853 (+592).
Comparison account: @lianashanti moved +30 net in October, with one move of 300 or more (−325 on October 10).
Whole record: across 231 days, 27 days gained 300 or more and 13 lost 300 or more; on the other 191 days the account lost a median of 51 followers a day.
Headline finding
Over September 2025 – April 2026 the account grew a net +21,449 followers (10,543 → 31,992). Of that, +21,353 — roughly 99.5% — arrived on just 17 single days. The other ~120 days, the organic baseline, netted close to zero and were negative 64% of the time.

Same-day revision on May 29
Three snapshots were captured on May 29. The same calendar row for Friday 05-29 changes between them:
Between the 8:28 AM and 9:24 AM captures the day’s net moved from −55 to +1,976 — a swing of about 2,031 followers inside one hour, on a weekday morning, with no post, story, or engagement event recorded to accompany it.
The same thing recurred the next day. A capture the previous night showed Saturday May 30 at −119; a capture the following afternoon showed the same day revised to +601 (a total of 38,242) — roughly 720 followers added to that day between the two captures, a second instance of the
Update: June – November 2026
Added October 2, 2026; extended November 5, 2026 with October and early-November data (see “October 2026” below). The record was extended with eleven further monthly Social Blade captures taken on June 29, August 1, August 31, September 14, September 22 and September 27, 2026 (six of @therelaxedmillionaire, five of @lianashanti). These are saved copies of the live Social Blade page, so the account handle is embedded in every file and attribution is exact. Joined to the earlier captures they give a continuous day-by-day record from March 14 to September 27, 2026, with one three-day gap (June 30 – July 2) where no capture reaches. Every figure below can be checked against the capture files and the downloadable daily record on the Evidence Exhibit Index, or against the live Social Blade page.
Figure 1. Daily follower change for @therelaxedmillionaire, March 14 – November 5, 2026, from the Social Blade daily table. Green: a gain of 300 or more in one day. Red: a removal of 300 or more in one day. Grey: every other day. Hover a bar for the date, change and total.
What the 231 days show
Across the 231 recorded days the account went from 29,496 to 42,198 followers. Only 27 days show a gain of 300 or more, and together those 27 days added +31,937. Thirteen days show a removal of 300 or more, together −10,961. The remaining 191 ordinary days netted −9,812: 158 of them were negative, and the median ordinary day lost 51 followers. In other words, on any day that is not one of the 27 spike days, the account is shrinking.
Organic audience growth is usually gradual: many small positive days, with occasional larger days that coincide with something visible — a post that travels, press, a collaboration. The pattern recorded here is the reverse: a steadily negative baseline interrupted by isolated single days that each add several hundred to several thousand followers, with no corresponding change in the account’s post count or following count in the same Social Blade tables. The data shows the shape of the anomaly, not its cause.

The verdict week, both accounts side by side
The jury returned its verdict on August 13, 2026, the end of the trial. On the day after the verdict, August 14, @therelaxedmillionaire recorded −42 followers and @lianashanti −1. On August 15, two days after the verdict, @therelaxedmillionaire recorded +3,187 in a single day, about 8% of its 39,819 followers the day before, the largest single day in the whole record. On the same day @lianashanti recorded −6 (34,320 to 34,314). Neither account had a move of 300 or more on any of the three days before the verdict.

September 2026: gains and removals in alternation
September is the clearest month in the record. Each gain of 300 or more is followed, one or two days later, by a removal of similar size, and the account ends the month 1,316 followers lower than it began it despite six large gain days.

The comparison account over the same days
Figure 4. @lianashanti plotted on exactly the same axis and dates as Figure 1. No monthly capture covers April 14 – May 17, 2026 for this account, so that stretch is blank.
@lianashanti, operated by the same person, moved from 35,543 to 34,853 over the same period. Of its 186 ordinary days, 142 were negative, with a median loss of about 5 followers a day; the only movements beyond 300 are a +677 on September 10, a −336 on September 7 and a −325 on October 10. Two accounts, one operator, the same months: one shows the spike-and-removal signature and the other does not.
October 2026: seven days beyond 300 on one account, one on the other
Added October 31, 2026. The record was extended to October 31, 2026 from the automated twice-daily Social Blade captures (morning and evening) and two saved Social Blade pages taken on October 31 (one of each account). Each is a saved copy of the live Social Blade page, so the account handle is embedded in the file. The October 2 captures also list the days between the September 27 and October 2 captures, so the record now runs continuously from March 14 to November 5, 2026, apart from the one gap noted above. Social Blade can revise a day that is still open: September 27, captured that morning at 39,405 for @therelaxedmillionaire, is recorded at 39,393 once the day closed, and the daily figures in this update are the last recorded values. From September 28 to October 1, @therelaxedmillionaire recorded −70, −88, −47 and −44 (net −249) and @lianashanti +23, −144, +11 and −52 (net −162); neither account shows a day of 300 or more in those four days.
Over the 30 days @therelaxedmillionaire went from 39,144 to 42,528, a net gain of 3,384. Seven days show a movement of 300 or more: five gains (+1,438, +465, +691, +891 and +1,392) totalling +4,877, and two removals (−626 and −578) totalling −1,204. The other 23 days net −289, with a median of −6 followers a day. The same alternation of large gains and large removals seen in September appears again, most clearly on October 2 – 3 and October 27 – 30.

Stories posted against follower change, October 1–30
This is a side-by-side comparison of the two accounts over the same 30 days, October 1–30, 2026, using the Daily Record’s day-by-day calendar of the stories each account posted. Over those 30 days @therelaxedmillionaire posted 75 stories, on 16 of the 30 days, and its follower total rose by 3,445. @lianashanti posted 813 stories, on every day of the month, and its follower total ended 45 lower than it began.
Figure 8. The two accounts side by side, October 1–30, 2026. Each row is drawn to its own scale. Followers added are the sum of the days on which the total rose; per-story figures divide that sum by the stories posted in the same 30 days.
The disparity. @lianashanti posted about 11 times as many stories as @therelaxedmillionaire (813 against 75) yet added less than a third as many followers on the days its total rose (1,710 against 5,421). Per story posted, @therelaxedmillionaire’s rising days added 72 followers and @lianashanti’s added 2. On the net figures for the month, @therelaxedmillionaire finished 3,445 higher and @lianashanti finished 45 lower.

Figure 7. Stories posted each day (grey bars, top panel of each account) and the day’s change in followers (green bars gained, red bars removed, lower panel), October 1–30, 2026. Both accounts are drawn on the same two scales: 0–90 stories and ±1,500 followers. Story counts are from the two Daily Record calendars; follower changes are from Social Blade.
On the days that moved the follower total by 300 or more, @therelaxedmillionaire posted 7, 2, 3, 36, 1, 0 and 2 stories (October 2, 3, 4, 5, 23, 27 and 30). The +1,392 on October 27 came on a day with no stories captured. Excluding October 5, when it posted 36 stories, the account posted 39 stories across 15 days. Its largest gain, +1,438 on October 2, came on a day with 7 stories. @lianashanti’s only move of 300 or more was −325 on October 10, a day with 19 stories; its daily changes otherwise stayed between −272 and +285 while it posted between 1 and 86 stories a day.
Counting the month’s days separately by direction, the picture is wider than the net figures. Adding together the days on which its total rose, @therelaxedmillionaire gained 5,421 followers; adding together the days on which it fell, it lost 1,976, which leaves the net +3,445. @lianashanti’s rising days add up to 1,710 and its falling days to 1,755, a net of −45. These are sums of Social Blade’s daily net figures, so additions and removals that cancel out within a single day are not visible in them.

Method and limits: story counts come from the Daily Record calendars and count stories only, not feed posts. A day showing zero means no story was captured that day; an absent exhibit is not evidence that nothing was posted. Follower changes are Social Blade’s daily figures, as elsewhere on this page. Both accounts are compared over the same 30 days, October 1–30, 2026.

The pattern is account-specific
Her main @lianashanti account (“Spiritual Teacher / MS Psychology”), tracked over the same window, sits essentially flat at about 35,400 followers — a daily average of −4 — with no comparable one-day spikes. Because one account shows the repeated step-changes and the other does not, the pattern is unlikely to be a Social Blade quirk or a platform-wide artifact — it is specific to @therelaxedmillionaire, which over this period also carried several different display names (“Nervous System Rewiring for Wealth,” “Break The Mother Spell for Wealth,” “Sales Mogul / MS Neuropsych”).
Sources & method
Follower totals were read from Social Blade’s public daily figures; the daily change shown here is the difference between consecutive totals. The Sept–Apr series was reconstructed from 57 dated Social Blade captures, cross-checked against one another. Readers can verify current and historical figures directly at Social Blade, linked below.
Social Blade’s historical records for both accounts can be requested from Social Blade directly.
How these figures were worked out, and how to check them
Every number on this page comes from two sources and a short set of counting rules, set out here so that anyone can repeat the work and check it.
Follower totals. Each account’s total for each day comes from Social Blade’s public daily table (@therelaxedmillionaire, @lianashanti). The daily change is that day’s total minus the previous day’s total, as Social Blade reports it.
Gain days and removal days. A day whose change is +300 or more is a gain day; −300 or less is a removal day. Every other day is an ordinary day. The same thresholds are applied to both accounts.
Gaps in the captures. Where captures skipped days on @therelaxedmillionaire, the change for the day after the gap is Social Blade’s own single-day figure (April 16: 101; July 3: 169), not a multi-day difference, so a gap is never counted as a spike.
Revisions. Social Blade sometimes revises a day’s figure after the fact (for example September 27). The newest figure is used and the revision is flagged in the data files.
Added, removed and net. “Added” is the sum of the days whose change is positive; “removed” is the sum of the days whose change is negative. Net is the two combined, which equals the last total minus the first.
Drawdown. The highest total reached in the period, then the largest drop below it that follows.
Stories. Story counts come from the Daily Record’s day-by-day calendar for each account and count stories only, not feed posts. A zero means none was captured that day.
Per-story figures. Followers added on rising days divided by the stories posted in the same 30 days.
To check it yourself. Open Social Blade’s daily table for each account, or download the daily data files (@therelaxedmillionaire, @lianashanti), which hold the date, the follower total and the daily change for every day on this page. In a spreadsheet, filter to the dates you want and use =SUMIF(C:C,">0") for followers added, =SUMIF(C:C,"<0") for followers removed and =COUNTIF(C:C,">=300") for gain days, where column C is the daily change. The files and the Social Blade tables should agree with every figure above. Social Blade is a third-party service whose figures can be revised, so a later visit may differ slightly from the figures used here. Historical records can be requested from Social Blade directly.
Cross-source corroboration
An independent, anonymous story-viewer site recorded followers rising from 33.1K (May 10) to 34.4K (May 12) — the same window as a Social Blade gain. The movement appears across more than one source rather than as a single-site artifact.
